I never meant to start a coffee blog.
My first coffee 'project' was to take photos in my now patented style from the top down view, with a beautiful lens to capture the beauty and uniqueness of every single cup i have. That is where my A week of coffee series started. My next plan was to extend that project into a coffee every day. A website that just showed a cup of coffee that I had, every single day. Just imagine how amazing this would be after a year having 365 different shots on a page. Well. at least to me it would be amazing.
However during my week of coffee experiment i just felt the urge to say something about these cafes and coffees that gave me so much pleasure. So I started Happy to Serve You. And c'mon, its not like Melbourne doesn't need more coffee blogs, right? Steve Agi?
And i really do enjoy having this blog. However the coffee every day project has always been lingering at the back of my mind. So, i launched it on April Fools Day. At the moment, with only 14 or so photos i can already see where its heading, and im loving every bit of it. Maybe a limited edition series print of the complete year of coffee? Maybe make a calendar at the end of the coffee year, based on the shots? Who knows? Either way, I hope you enjoy it. And pass it on to your friends.
