Coffee: Sensory Lab
Machine: La Marzocco / Cold Drip in my case

So it was a pretty warm day and I felt like something refreshing. I ordered a COLD-DRIP, and was asked by the lovely waitress whether I wanted an "Ethiopian or a "Brazilian", to which i responded " I appreciate the set-up ma'am, but we have no time for jokes" ( I didn't really but probably should have considering my actual reply didn't go down so well: "Ethiopian"I said. "Brazilian is better" she replied. I then gave her the go ahead with the Brazilian.

Let me say this: There's nothing better than a cold drip on a warm summers day.

It's refreshing, sweet and it's caffeine. I'll be back to give you some goss about the double ristretto's & lattes on a cooler day. But as for Sensory Lab, all i can say is that I really like the place. Probably my favourite in the city until you know what opens (and if you don't know what then you'll just have to wait to find out).

Unique branding + good coffee = my type of place.

if you are in the CBD on a warm day do yourself a favour and go into the LAB and order a cold-drip. Oh, and if you are asked the same question as I was, either answer with my fake answer (and let me know if you get a laugh) or just simply: I believe that the the Brazilian will sit better on the palette as a cold-drip opposed to the Ethiopian, however I am open to your thoughts...
